How many Fruit and Veg Should I Eat?



One part of organic product or veg is equal to 80g. The following are a few illustrations of what matters as one part:

2 plums, satsumas, kiwi organic product or other comparative estimated natural product

1/2 a grapefruit or avocado

1 vast cut of melon or crisp pineapple

3 loaded tablespoons of vegetables, beans or heartbeats

3 loaded tablespoons of organic product plate of mixed greens or stewed natural product

1 loaded tablespoon of raisins or sultanas

3 dried apricots

1 cupful of grapes, fruits or berries

1 little glass (150ml) of immaculate organic product juice
